Sexual vitality-

Male sexual desire and performance can vary with age. Usually men in their late teens and 20's have strong sexual desire. As they age, this may decrease but not always. Men are capable of erections and ejaculation into very old age. Vitality probably has more to do with excess stress, poor nutrition and disease conditions than with just aging.

A good diet, vitamin and mineral supplementation, exercise, stress reduction, adequate rest and time for love making will go far to increase sexual vitality.

Chinese Ginseng- ginseng is known as a great revitalizing tonic and has a reputation as a sexual rejuvenator. It has proven effects for alleviating the effects of stress.
Liquid extract- 1/2 teaspoon one-three times a day
Dry herb in capsules- 500 mg one-three times a day
Standardized extract (18% ginsenoside content)- 150 mg one-three times a day
Caution: If you have heart disease or hypertension, consult with your health care provider before using any ginseng.
