Spider Veins-

These are very fine capillary dilations in the skin. They are of no serious consequence but may be cosmetically unsightly, especially if extensive. They don’t normally cause symptoms although some people have burning or pain. A simple injection of a strong salt solution by an experienced health care provider is briefly painful, but will eliminate them. Vitamin C and bioflavonoids will help to strengthen capillaries.

Bilberry-Shown in a number of studies to strengthen capillary walls
Standardized extract (25% anthocyanidin content)- 80-160 mg three times a day.
