Natural Health Care

Breast lumps-
Any lump found in your breasts should be evaluated by your health care
provider. Most breasts lumps are benign, some are fluid filled cysts, while
other are solid masses, called fibroadenomas. Some breast lumps can be
cancerous. Examination, aspiration of the fluid from a cyst, mammogram
and ultrasound can determine the nature of the lump. If a breast lump is
cancerous, the sooner it is diagnosed and treated the better the outcome.
Breast cysts are related to several things. First, hormonal imbalance,
second, excess stress, thirdly, poor circulation and fourth, poor elimination.
Natural treatment addresses these related problems to help reduce the formation
of cysts. A whole foods diet with elimination of meat and dairy foods containing
estrogen, the elimination of caffeine and all methyoxanthine containing
compounds including colas and chocolate, supplements of vitamins and minerals,
especially Vitamin E, and
stress reduction techniques will all help.
