Dry Skin-
Can be a symptom of low thyroid, also Vitamin A and zinc
deficiency. Overuse of soaps and skin cleansers and chlorine can dry the
skin. Hydrate the skin in a tepid water bath for 20-30 minutes, followed
by application of olive or sesame oil to the skin. Rose cream is great
for the face. If you live in a dry climate a humidifier may help.
Evening Primrose Oil or Black Current Oil- taking these
essential fatty acid supplements may help to restore normal oil production.
Capsules- 1-2 two or three times a day
